He is sorry that Sir William is involved in so much labour and he understands the hesitation. He sees no reason why any or all of the Jacobean [Jacob Herschel] manuscripts should be sent to the committee. It would be quite reasonable for Sir William to reply establishing a right of veto and he asks for such a letter before the 10 June committee. |
