DescriptionHalf-length seated portrait of Ewald Friedrich Graf von Hertzberg turned to the left, as viewed. On his left lapel a Star of the Order of the Black Eagle is prominently displayed, its Latin motto suum cuique, which translates as ‘to each his own’, can be seen. Engraved by I S Klauber after Johann Heinrich Schröder (1757 - 1812).
