| Description | Sir Anthony Morgan, in the name of the Committee appointed for the purpose, made a report concerning the Treasurer's Accounts. 
 Council and Officers  elected for the year as prescribed in the Charter, ' there being 57 or 58 Fellows.'
 Eleven Fellows continued from the old Council; Lord Brouncker, Mr Boyle, Sir Robert Moray, Sir Paul Neile, Mr Aerskine, Mr Ball, Dr Wilkins, Dr Goddard, Mr Palmer, Mr Hill, Mr Oldenburg.
 
 Ten new members elected; Marquesse of Dorchester, Lord Berkeley, Mr Charles Howard, Sir Anthony Morgan, Sir Peter Wyche, Mr Daniel Colwall, Mr Povey, Dr Merrett, Dr Whistler, Mr Hoskins.
 
 Officers elected; Lord Brouncker as President, Mr Hill Treasurer, Dr Wilkins and Mr Oldenburs Secretaries.
 
 Of the ten new ones sworn by the President; Mr Howard, Sitr Anthony Morgan, Sir Peter Wyche, Mr Colwall, Dr Merrett, Dr Whistler, Mr Hoskins
 
 Mr Hill was sworn Treasurer.
