They are 'unable to advise the Council of the Royal Society to participate in a republication of the results which will be dealt with by the Meteorological Office'. Includes a 'statement of discussions and publications of observations made at Glasgow Observatory' by R H Curtis dated 3 November 1890, referring to the pressure, temperature, wet bulb, vapour tension, wind, rainfall and sunshine. |
