Praises the involvement of international academies, including Paris, St. Petersburg, and Rome, informing that the only remaining difficulty lies in the Royal Academy of Berling not joining the project. Communicates thoughts of the Imperial Academy of Sciences of Vienna on the organisation, as requested by the Roya Society. The letter is in German and there is a typewritten translation included.
