DescriptionApplying for two grants from the RS publication fund towards the cost of illustrating papers which have been accepted for publication in the Proceedings of the Cambridge Philosophical Society.
The first is a series of papers by Mr [Albert Charles] Seward dealing with features of importance exhibited by specimens in the Binney collection of Fossil Plants and the collection in the Woodwardian Museum of Geology.
The second is a paper by Dr [David] Sharp describing the structure and attitude of a Mantis Idolum Diabolicum, de Saussure, from Mozambique.
