DescriptionAsks enclosed papers to be brought before the Committee of the Royal Society [enclosures not present]. Informs there is a picure of Bishop Spratt and his son among the Bodleian pictures in need of restotation discussing the cost. Plummer would like to know if the Society are willing to help with the cost of the restoration, as Spratt was an original member.
