DescriptionLucas encloses a copy of a letter from the Governor of the Windward Islands, R B Llewelyn, dated 17 April 1905, and a copy of a report by the Acting Chief of Police 'on a recent visit to the Soufrière Volcano in St Vincent. Lyttelton suggests the report should not be published as it may cause 'unnecessary alarm'. the report consists of six pages.
