TitleLetter from Charles [Herbert] Lees, Greenacres, Mayfield Avenue, Woodford Green, Essex, to the Royal Society
CreatorLees; Charles Herbert (1864-1952); physicist
Date30 September 1907
Description'Dear Sir, In the index to Vol.79 A. of the Proceedings I find there is no reference to the paper by Dr. Petavel and myself on the Pressure developed during the explosion of Cordite, which is to be found at p277 of the volume. This will prove very inconvenient as the paper should be read along with Robertson's p.320 & Mansel's p397 on the same subject. Could anything be done say by the insertion of a slip in the next number of the Proceedings to facilitate reference to the paper? I am yours truly, Charles H Lees'.
