TitleLetter from [Charles James] Martin, 53 Cheyne Court, Royal Hospital Road, Chelsea, S.W, to Mr [Robert] Harrison, [Royal Society]
CreatorMartin; Sir; Charles James (1866 - 1955)
DateNovember 1912
DescriptionStates he has compared proofs of pages 15 & 16 of Miss Robertson's paper and deems them unsatisfactory, specifying that the details are faded. He heas tasked Miss Rhodes with redrawing the figures half as large, suggesting that they get enlarged and then reduced again, and brought back to their original size. Believes it is important to fix the error as it would be a pity for Miss Robertson's important paper to be spoiled by inadequate figures. Informs that in addition to the longer paper, Miss Robertson sent in a shorter paper for the Proceedings of the Royal Society, in case the longer one was not accepted for the Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society.
