Attached is a circular informing of the passage of astronomical instruments belonging to the solar eclipse party through the Novorossiisk Customs House. The instruments are on their way to Theodosia under special care. Additionally, instruments sent by the Royal Astronomical Society for another expedition have arrived in Riga. |
