States that it was unanimoulsy passed that in the case of zoological papers, which are not accepted for publication or are withdrawn, the Secretaries are to be empowered to return the illustrations to the author if requested to do so. Encloses an explanatory letter for the benefit of the Chairmen of Sectional Committees 3, 4, and 6, requesting that it is circulated to the resective chairmen [enclosure not present]. |
