DescriptionApologises for a delayed response in relation to the recommendation to the Tyndall Research Studentship. Informs that Professor Ivon Graham, the present holder, was appointed a year ago but was unable to carry on the work for more than a few weeks as he decided to go to France on Red Cross work. Now he has returned and resumed his work as chemist at Bentley Colliery, including work he was doing as Tyndall student. Recommends that the appointment should be carried over.
