Description'Dear Sir, In reply to you letter of yesterday, I shall be very willing to write for the Proceedings of the Royal Society an obituary notice of Mr. Henry J. Elwes will you kindly send me word concerning this notice:- Approximate number of words, date for sending in, at latest; and also, please send me a spare copy or two of obituary notices which have recently appeared in the Proceedings, - those of naturalists preferred. Why I ask is that I shall be going away from here in ten days, and shall not be returning to Dublin till 10th Jan. Yours very truly, Augustine Henry'.
