Title | Letter from William Abbott Herdman, 'train to Scotland', to Robert Harrison |
Date | 28 June [1901] |
Description | He has put all of the information from his committee on the enclosed minuted. Most votes are for Rivers [to receive Gunning Fund support] and there is more chance of unanimity with regard to that proposal than any other. He is sorry not to be able to come to the Mackinnon Committee, but he can express his views if Harrison will tell him who is applying. He gives his Edinburgh address, then subsequent ones at Oban and Barra. Letters to Liverpool will be forwarded and he will be back at Liverpool about 18 July. |
