DescriptionMrs. Sollas's proposals are at hand and he thinks it best to turn over the correspondence to the Treasurer, provided Turner has no objection to his seeing Mrs. Sollas's letter to Turner. Mrs. Sollas's statement may not be expressed in the form in which she drew it up, but he will ensure it meets with her wishes. He asks if Turner could send a postcard authorising him to show the letter to the Treasurer.
