DescriptionPriestley notes that he has just finished "extraordinary experiments" and describes and illustrates two of them (one he believes proving the theory of the conversion of water into air fallacious). Details on both experiments are to be laid before the Royal Society and pursued further. Priestley also thanks Wedgwood for his "Address to your neighbours" (perhaps "Address to the Young Inhabitants of the Pottery" ?)
