DescriptionShort note reporting the receipt of a preliminary batch of Lake George, Uganda, Haplochromis which will be examined on the return of Humphry Greenwood. Overall fewer fish species and a less rich benthic fauna has been found there than expected. Attached is a copy of notes on how the Haplochromis were caught using a seine net, signed by J M Gee and R L Welcomme, and a hand drawn map marking the collection sites.
