Description | Ross notes that he has observations at 30 stations at 40 miles apart, however some vary in distance, in the east of England, Weymouth, Dorset and Flamborough Head. Ross is satisfied with the observations, and Jones statical method works pleasantly. Ross notes ‘any old Hansteen’ gives very good results. Ross discusses preparation for a meeting and reminisces about his travels and ‘railway journey’. |
