DescriptionA note on the first page states that the paper was read on 28 December 1664.

The paper is a detailed set of daily weather observations for the year 1664. The observations are recorded in columns. The headings of these columns differ from month to month but they record different weather conditions, as well as thermometer and barometer readings.

The observations are recorded on the righthand pages. On the lefthand pages the dates and times of the new, first quarter, full and last quarter moon are recorded.
