Duplicate of MS/373/4/25, but captioned in pencil: 'How the Government protect the public from fraud. In addition to the ordinary tests of foods and beverages a good deal of research work is carried on in the government laboratories. Our photograph shows the research room. The operation being carried out at the time the picture was taken was the extraction of oil from paint'. Stamped: 'Copyright. Halftones Limited. 17, Fleet Street, E.C.'
