DescriptionChildren has forwarded Freeling's letter to the Duke of Sussex. He informs Freeling that as soon as the President receives a copy of the Board of Excise's representation on instruments now in use for duty on spirits, the President will bring the matter before the Royal Society. A packet from the Treasury arrived last night, with the representation, and Children has forwarded this to the President.
