| Title | Copy letter, James Hudson, Assistant Secretary of the Royal Society, to [William Smith?] O'Brien |
| Creator | Hudson; James (1804-1859); British librarian and assistant secretary to the Royal Society |
| Date | 20 April 1833 |
| Description | A recent domestic affliction has prevented Peter Mark Roget from replying to O'Brien's request for a presentation of the Philosophical Transactions to the Limerick Institution. This was laid before Council but refused, since the Instittion does not publish a comparable journal. However, Hudson has enclosed a set of Proceedings for the Institution, in a box sent to the Royal Irish Academy. |
