RecipientHussey; Thomas John (1797-c.1866); British clergyman and astronomer
Date20 July 1835
DescriptionThe last Council was a few days ago and there will not be another for some time. He was anxious to receive Hussey's communication but fears that nothing can be done now. In a postscript, he continues that Roberton has told him that Captain Grover has returned a circle which was in Captain [Henry] Kater's possession. If Hussey can call at the Royal Society, he may say if this was the instrument he referred to.
