DescriptionThe President has sanctioned Hussey having the repeating circle no.60 in the printed list of instruments and Lubbock has requested Mr Simms to put it in order. Hussey may then take it away, providing a receipt, and engaging to restore it when Council requests it. Lubbock will ask Council to allow the use of it for two years.
