DescriptionHe acknowldges the receipt of £93 2s 6d in part payment of Cross's Royal Society rent. The deduction of £13 17s 6d is not satisfactory to the Treasurer as the sum of £16 13 0d was deducted last year. The two sums add up to a larger than expected deduction. He outlines what the correct procedure should have been and asks that Cross request his solicitor to proceed in that way.
