DescriptionHe communicates a resolution of Council. The naval expedition should be equipped with actimometers, Lund's wind gauges, Osler's anemometer, three spirit thermometers for low temperatures and two thermometers enclosed in spirit bottles for temperatures below the Earth's surface. Council will report suggestions on [James Clark] Ross's expedition by the end of the month.
