Description | He transmits a copy of the resolutions. Their impression was that Mr Forbes had conversed with Airy and they were doing what was most agreeable to him. Major [Edward] Sabine had desired to superintend similar instruments for Prussia but that he now thought it impossible, and the same was felt in Russia. |
