| Description | In response to his suggestion that the Royal Society connect with, and appoint Delegates to, the 'Société des Agriculteurs de France' [Farmer's Society of France]. Whilst Miller recognises the importance of this Society, he notes that 'the constitution of the RS [Royal Society] contains no provision for the appointment of delegates to other Societies', and that communication between the Royal Society with other societies tends to be regarding the exchange of publications.
