Description | Considering the proposal by Prof. [Charles Smart] Roy to go to Spain with Mr. [Charles Scott] Sherrington to study the outbreak of Cholera present at the time. States the confidence of the Council that the pair can overcome the scientific difficulties, and that the Spanish minister [Clare Ford] has no objections to the investigation, and supporting it by providing a sum of money for it. However asks for British representatives in Spain to assist the pair with any non-scientific difficulties encountered. |
