DescriptionGives a statement made by Sir Arthur Yapp on the digestibility and nutritional benefits of bread made with wholemeal, with signatures of supporting authorities -- suggests that the bread is more satisfying, so 'a smaller quantity would be required,' thus an economy -- back of leaflet includes an illustration of the healthy parts of the wheat grain and urges that the bread is 'a healthy nourishing food for all classes'.
