TitleReport, dogfish proposal
Date22 March 1918
DescriptionReport prepared by A Chaston Chapman for the Board of Agriculture and Fisheries on the supply and commercial uses of dogfish. Points out that the fish is high in fat and caloric value compared to cod, has medicinal applications, can be made into gelatine and the offal into manure -- notes that reducing its numbers would save other fish supplies.
