Passes on the Committee's resolution: that the margarine shortage is due to lack of manufacturing capacity, that crude vegetable oil should be sold to the public for frying, and tests carried if there is doubt that it is fit for consumption. Asks Wintour to interest the Oils and Fats deparment in the matter.
