Dr [Reginald] Koettlitz asked Longhurst to 'get it through as quickly as possible', and in his haste Longhurst forgot that cheques were not signed between meetings unless they related to payments towards the 'Discovery'. Has told Dr Koettlitz that the signed cheque will have to wait for another week or so. Asks Kempe to return the unsigned cheque for now. |
