DescriptionFirst certificate issued by C G Riddett, House Surgeon, at the Dental Hospital of London, Leicester Square, on 25 July 1901. Has examined the mouth of Mr Shackleton and finds that although some of his teeth are missing, 'he possesses enough to afford him a good masticating surface'. His remaining teeth have been put into good condition and properly filled. Second certificate issued by G Dalton, of 17 Devonshire Street, Keighley, on 22 July 1901. He has examined Shackleton, finding several teeth missing and others which required filling, which he has done.
