DescriptionHas seen Mr Chalmers and Mr Cocks that afternoon. They both agree to the enclosed resolution which may be put on the Committee minutes. Unless Kempe would like a meeting summoned to pass the resolution formally he will write Sir Clement's draft letter for signature - telling Sir William Huggins at the time that the Finance Committee have now fixed and approved the amount of the credit. Will Kempe kindly send him a line of approval or otherwise.
