TitleLetter from Edward Cocks to A B Kempe
Date9 July 1903
DescriptionWritten from 43 Charing Cross, S.W.
Asks Kempe to call for him at his house at about 11 or 11.30 to-morrow Friday to meet Chalmers at the Treasury. He does not want to go there in the afternoon as he wants to go up to the Lords. Chalmers says any time between 11 - 6 would suit him. He has told him today is impossible for Kempe and has left it for them to arrange a convenient hour. Practically any time in the morning would suit him.

Postscript ; Since he has received the enclosed from Chalmers he is sending it on to Kempe.
