1. Report from the Ship Sub-Committee concerning alterations made to reduce the cost of the proposed vessel.
2. Telegram from the Dundee Shipbuilders' Company Limited relating to delays to the plans and tender for the vessel.
3. Despite the absence of Sir Clements Markham due to illness, it was considered that the tender should be accepted as soon as possible.
4. The Executive Committee will accept the tender as soon as the Treasury have confirmed they are satisfied.
5. The Executive Committee were asked to consider applying for the first installement of the Government Grant for 1900.
6. The Executive Committee were tasked with consulting the Treasury on various grant matters. |
