Description | Larmor will be surprised to learn that Bumstead is in London, as scientific attaché to the Embassy. Admiral Sims has given him offce room. His duties are to facilitate communications in scientific and technical matters between the two countries and he must learn all he can about the organisation of scientific war work. He thinks that Larmor must be in London when Parliament is in session and if he could spare an hour, Larmor could give him much useful information. |
