DescriptionHe saw Professor [George Gabriel] Stokes after receiving Larmor's letter. Stokes promised to send the report agreed by him and Lord Rayleigh on the adjudication of the Hopkins Prize, awarded to Professor G.H. [George Howard] Darwin. He hopes that Larmor received this in good time for his meeting and apologises for the lapse of memory in not writing sooner.
