| Title | Letter from E H [Edmond Herbert] Hills, Aldeburgh Hall, Masham, Yorkshire, to [Joseph] Larmor |
| Creator | Hills; Edmond Herbert Grove- [pseud. Colonel Rivers] (1864-1922); British astronomer |
| Recipient | Larmor; Sir Joseph (1857-1942); Irish theoretical physicist |
| Date | 29 December 1911 |
| Description | When he has somem quiet from Christmas festivities, he intends to do the pole diagram again on a larger scale. There is no evidence of exceptional disturbance in 1907. The difficulty in joining up lies with Albrecht publishing a diagram, but correcting the last position on the previous one, Hills gives an example and what would be involved in correcting this. He asks Larmor if he thinks Swier's method is a valid one. |
