CreatorHills; Edmond Herbert Grove- [pseud. Colonel Rivers] (1864-1922); British astronomer
RecipientLarmor; Sir Joseph (1857-1942); Irish theoretical physicist
Date29 December 1911
DescriptionWhen he has somem quiet from Christmas festivities, he intends to do the pole diagram again on a larger scale. There is no evidence of exceptional disturbance in 1907. The difficulty in joining up lies with Albrecht publishing a diagram, but correcting the last position on the previous one, Hills gives an example and what would be involved in correcting this. He asks Larmor if he thinks Swier's method is a valid one.
