| Description | He finds that [Charles Nordmann] observed light changes of two stars. Nordmann comes to the conclusion regarding the difference of velocity. The results of the independent investigation of [Gavriil Adrianovich] Tikhof are not yet published, but Darwin recieved an advance proof which states that Tikhof found a significance of around '4 minutes between the red and the green'. Huggins hopes to meet Larmor at the Athenaeum on Thursday. |
