Description | Huggins would like for Larmor to consider the contents of his last letter to be confidential. He is anxious to do what is best for the [Royal] Society and will take a few more days before coming to his final conclusion, as he wishes to give weight to the difficulties Larmor brought up in his last letter. Huggins suspects that Foster will go for the Presidency, which he feels will lead to serious differences of opinion. He acknowleges that there is a strong wish for Huggins to remain. |
