He has decided will not send his address to the King until he has had confirmation from the Home Secretary. He discusses a letter from [Arthur William] Rucker on behalf of the 'LW'. He then discussses [Henry Edward] Armstrong and [James] Dewar's work on the radium experiments. Huggins is glad that Larmor will read [William Thomson, Lord] Kelvin's book. He discusses his own paper in 'Philosophical Transactions' on the 'spectra of the chemical elements', in relation to findings from [Arthur] Schuster and Nutting[?]. He then provides an update on the radium experiment, and ends the letter by asking for Larmor's opinion on a letter by H B May.
