Description | He thanks Joseph for the carpets. He describes the bookcase he wants from Clare, and Joseph should keep the bureau as he has no room for it. He was at Buncrana today, looking at a detached house and garden; it he can get it for £15 he will stay there in August while repairs are being done. He has received 600 or 700 intermediate papers which he will immerse himself in. Joseph may have the oak library table in Alexander's study at Clare. He was sad to hear of Darbishire's death. |
