TitleLetter from [William John Johnston], 6 Marine Terrace, Aberystwyth, to [Joseph] Larmor
CreatorJohnson; William Johson (1858-1924); Irish mathematician
RecipientLarmor; Sir Joseph (1857-1942); Irish theoretical physicist
Date22 January 1920
DescriptionHe gives thanks for the copy of Larmor's paper, the other copy of which he gave to Dr Schott. He hoped to enclose some relevant remarks but he has had interruptions and hopes to send notes soon. Larmor's references are more than Johnston deserves. He read the paper in the Royal Society's Proceedings of December and has read it again with much interest. He will appreciate it better when he has read Cunningham and Eddington. He comments on the rearrangement of the manuscript and the important points which had been introduced since he saw it.
