There follows a description of thermometer observations which the writer thinks were made indoors, and tables of temperature taken morning and evening, 16-29 February [no year given]. 'My father' perhaps refers to the physician Samuel Farr (1741-1795) of Bristol, who sent meteorological observations to the Royal Society for publication.
