| Description | Herewith are 16 sheets of curves to illustrate [John] Hopkinson and [Ernest] Wilson's 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. All are to be zinc blocks to go into the text. They need not be all reduced to the same scale. All that is necessary is that the character of the curve should be evident to the eye and the position of each curious point on each curve roughly correct. Asks for an estimate not later than Monday and the return of the originals. |
