DescriptionReceived a letter from Dr [John] Murray this morning addressed to Foster in which Murray thanks Foster for his note of yesterday's date which is satisfactory. Rix has placed Murray's letter with the other 'Challenger' correspondence.

Encloses a further letter from A L Haddon and Rix is writing to Dr Venn to ask him to return the drawings to the Society.

Encloses a letter from Dunkinfield Henry Scott and receipt which Foster might send on. Rix wonders where the difficulty is with fixing pencil drawings before they are sent in.

The Society of Arts has consulted Council regarding suitable persons for the award of their Albert Medal. Has retained this letter with the Council documents.
