Date28 October 1895
DescriptionRix has an estimate which the Company furnished Miss Ogilvie [Maria Gordon] on the 29th August for some blocks. The estimate is for approximately 600 marks. Rix is sending the Company by this post the original drawings which he thinks they have not yet seen. If on inspection they find they can do them at the estimated figure, they may be put in hand at once. If however the estimate will appreciably differ from that furnished on 29th August, they must let him know before commencing work.
